By using this site or registering a Crown Green account, you agree to these terms. They cover eligibility, account use, payments, bonus rules, prohibited conduct, dispute resolution and the limits of our liability. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
You must be 20 years of age or older and legally permitted to participate in online gambling under New Zealand law. You confirm the personal information you provide is accurate and that the account is yours alone.
Your account
You may hold one Crown Green account. Multiple accounts may be merged or closed without notice. Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Deposits, withdrawals and verification
Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your name. Verification under know your customer rules may be required before withdrawals are processed, particularly for larger amounts or for accounts that have been inactive. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and to delay withdrawals during such investigations.
Bonus rules
Bonus offers carry specific terms including wagering, time limits, eligible games and maximum bet rules. The standard maximum bet during wagering is NZ$10. Breach of bonus terms may void the bonus and any related winnings. Each promotion has its own page setting out the full rules.
Prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited: collusion, use of automated software, exploiting bugs, fraud, money laundering, account sharing, registering on behalf of another person, and any conduct that misuses the service. Breach may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to authorities where appropriate.
Responsible gambling
Crown Green is committed to responsible gambling. The tools listed on the Responsible Gaming page are available at all times. We may apply limits or close an account where there are reasonable grounds to believe the player is experiencing harm.
Disputes
Contact support first. If unresolved, you may escalate to the licensing authority listed in the footer or to an alternative dispute resolution body where one is offered. NZ players retain consumer rights under New Zealand law.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be notified to active account holders by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction, with NZ consumer rights preserved where applicable. Any dispute will be resolved through the channels described above.
